We hope you love your Dime Piece order, but if something’s not quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To start a return, please email us using the contact form on our website or get in touch directly at info@dimepieceuk.com. The item must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, as they are made to order just for you.
As a small business, we kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping cost. All UK and EU returns must be sent via Royal Mail with a tracked service, and you’ll need to provide us with the tracking number once shipped. If you’re returning from outside the UK/EU, we’ll guide you through the process via email to ensure a smooth return.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
