What products do Dime Piece Sell/Make?
Dime Piece is a Jewellery Brand founded in the UK.
We offer a range of pieces such as earrings,necklaces,rings, anklets etc.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Yes, of course! We have a 24 hour processing time. Please ensure that when you email us you state your order number and reasons for cancelling.
If you have payed for next day delivery you will have to wait till you have received the item and then refund.
Hopefully we see you again!
What to do if the product was damaged upon arrival?
If the product arrives to you faulty or damaged, drop us an email with images at dimepiecesuk@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
I haven’t received my order yet and the delivery time has passed.

What is your return policy?
- Earrings can only be returned if they are unworn for hygiene purposes.
- For our other pieces we have a 14 day return policy. Your item must be in its original condition to receive a refund.
- Please wait the full 10 working days for funds to be refunded back to you
What can I do if a product is sold out?
If a product is out of stock, you can simply register your interest and we will email you if and when it becomes available again.
