Behind the Brand: A Day in the Life of Dime Piece’s Founder

I’ve always believed that femininity is a strength, not something to tone down.

When I started Dime Piece, it wasn’t just about jewelry it was about creating a space where women could express who they are no matter where they are.

By day, I work in construction a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where professionalism and precision matter. But it’s also a space where, as a woman, you often feel like you have to mute your softness to be taken seriously.

That’s where Dime Piece was born from that tension.

From wanting to remind myself, and other women like me, that you can be powerful and feminine at the same time. Jewelry became my quiet rebellion a way to carry my identity into boardrooms, site meetings, and hard-hat zones. Even something as small as a pair of gold hoops or a subtle chain made me feel like me again

Evenings & Weekends: The Passion Hours

Once the workday winds down, that’s when I switch gears.

My evenings and weekends are where Dime Piece comes alive packaging orders, planning shoots, building campaigns, or just sitting with my notebook, sketching new ideas.

It’s my creative outlet, my therapy, and my purpose all in one. Sometimes I’m editing content until midnight, other times I’m just reflecting on how far the brand has come and dreaming about what’s next. I don’t always get it perfectly balanced some weeks are smoother than others. But every moment spent building Dime Piece reminds me why I started:

  • To show women that they can do both.
  • You can be career-driven and creative.
  • Strong and soft.
  • Professional and feminine.

The Heart of Dime Piece

Dime Piece is for the women who wear many hats the ones chasing their dreams, showing up in demanding spaces, and still choosing to express themselves with grace.

t’s a reminder that femininity isn’t a weakness — it’s power, confidence, and energy.

And sometimes, it’s as simple as putting on a piece of jewelry that makes you feel beautiful in your own skin.

Because being a Dime Piece isn’t just about how you look it’s about how you feel.
